FAQs

How long does it last?

Each pack has a minimum 6 month best before date from the date of production when stored in a cool, dry place. Our current 6-month best before reflects how far our shelf-life testing has progressed so far, and while we expect this to extend up to 12 months as testing continues, we can only state what’s been fully validated.

What about allergens?

We use gluten-free oats and all other ingredients are naturally gluten free. See back of packs for details as allergens can change over time.

How long will a 700g pack last?

Approx 14 servings, based on a 50g portion.

Why do you mill and chop the seeds?

By milling and chopping the seeds it makes it easier for your body to absorb the nutrients. It's as simple as that.

Where is Morning Glory made?

Morning Glory is blended and packed in the UK from ingredients sourced from around the world.

FAQs

What is Morning Glory?

Gluten-free oats, milled seeds and chopped berries, blended so one bowl covers the fibre and protein you keep hearing about - no additives, no hidden sugars. Breakfast that's already decided.

How do I make it?

However you like your oats.

Overnight oats: put two scoops in a bowl, cover it in milk (dairy or non-dairy is fine), put it in the fridge overnight and it's ready for you to eat in the morning.

Hot porridge: put two scoops in a microwave safe bowl, cover it in milk (dairy or non-dairy is fine), microwave it at full power for a couple of minutes, staring midway through.

It also works stirred into yoghurt or blended into a smoothie.

If you can make a cup of tea, you can make Morning Glory.

What makes it different?

Plain oats are plain oats, and most "healthy" cereals are still mostly sugar.

Everything in Morning Glory is in there to do a job: seeds milled so the nutrients actually absorb, berries for sweetness without added sugars, nothing artificial anywhere.

Is it good for me?

Yes. It's high in fibre, a source of protein, has no added sugars and every ingredient is one you'd recognise.

It keeps you full through the morning to help you stop snacking before lunch ;)

Is it gluten free?

Yes. We use certified gluten-free oats, everything else is naturally gluten free, and every batch is tested.

As with any food, check the label if you have allergies - allergen status can change over time.

How long does it take to make?

About 30 seconds the night before if you want overnight oats, or a couple of minutes in the morning if you prefer it as porridge.

Does it taste good?

We'd say yes, but we would.

So: the berries bring the sweetness, the seeds bring texture, the oats do the comforting bit.

Some people add a dash of honey or a spoonful of yoghurt, but that's just personal preference.

Will I get bored of it?

Fair question - it's why most breakfast habits die.

Morning Glory works hot, cold, in yoghurt or in a smoothie, you can have it as it is straight out of the bag or you can add even more extra stuff to it like fresh or frozen fruit, nuts, protein powders... the list is literally endless.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to get their mornings back on schedule whilst still having a nutritious breakfast.

We designed it for people who want to eat better but don't have room for another health project, which, as far as we can tell, is most of us.

Why the name?

It just makes us smile but rest assured, we're dead serious about what's in the bag.
